With olive groves and cypress trees never more than 10 metres away, the tranquil surrounds offer the perfect relaxing atmosphere. Each villa of 85m² on a 1500m² plot offers privacy within it's stone walled grounds. Each villa has a private 50m² pool, a garage that communicates with the house, while in 2 houses there's a specially designed barbecue under their vines. The stone construction that surrounds the houses keeps the indoors cool but for those extra warm days, air conditioning is always available. The thick stone walls, high quality building materials and the careful planning of the houses make them heat-resistant during the very hot summer season, while the underground heating pad system (on the first floor) and the heating units (on the second floor) make them the perfect choice for winter accommodation. Each villa can accommodate up to six people and consists of two bedrooms, a dining room, a living room with a sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a main bath and a WC on one of the bedrooms. The interior design respects tradition whilst offering all of the modern comforts. The furniture are custom-built out of wood and carve-decorated according to the cretan tradition while the large-size fireplace found in each villa is made of carved stone. There's a constant supply of hot water from the solar heater and all interior's temperature is controlled by an ecologic central conditioning unit. All three villas are fully equipped for your stay with, among other equipment: ironing board, radio player, CD and DVD players, a television with satellite access in each bedroom and the living room. The exteriors consist of courtyards with paved lawns, colorful flowerbeds and gardens with fruit trees, flowers and local herbs. Small streams break the silence with their gurgling sound, and we are sure you'll have lots of hours of relaxation looking at the mountainview from the patios.
