Coupling harmonically the traditional style with high aristocratic design, the architecture is based on rock gates and wooden stairs, sculptured beds with baldachin and nice fireplaces. Also multicolour cloth and old fashion candelabrum make a unique environment. From the veranda the visitor can discover many villages, can find a marvellous view of an alpine environment, with many colours and voices from the area. The visitors can be amazed from delicious dinners made by the owner also of one of the best restaurants of Chania. Starting from the villas you can visit some impressive areas of the prefecture of Chania like Balos, Elafonissi, Falassarna and Kastelli. The outstanding villas have been classified as Class A Residence or 4 stars. Also, served are homemade marmalades, traditional food; all with natural products from the owner's own farm, while rich breakfast is served, and is included in the rental price! The whole estate covers a surface of approx. 800m², and its history goes back for centuries. Seven (7) traditional, stone villas that are aged 500 years and 8 landowners (landed proprietors) used to stay in the area with their families. Two (2) olive oil presses were operated then. The traditional residences were restored, converted into luxury villas and combined with two (2) additional buildings creating a small, picturesque neighbourhood. The two buildings are operating as tavern-restaurant and reception. The stone arches, the wooden attics, the fireplaces, the sculptured wooden canopy beds, the luxury linen, nice chandeliers, compose unique scenery. The wonderful villas have been gaining ground constantly with the great correspondence from the customers. The traditional features, combined with the secluded site with the peacefulness, ensure the most unforgettable holidays. Description of the single properties The Villas are suitable for 2 to 6 individuals and are all provided with fireplace, central heating, air condition, phone, satellite TV with LCD display up to 26 inch, internet, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, safety box, and woman cosmetics. There are 2 pools available and lot of parking space! Villa 1: This beautiful villa consists of a kitchen, living area with fireplace, bedroom, and bathroom. In the living area there is a couch that converts into a double bed. The villa is featured by the wooden floor &amp;amp;amp; high wooden ceilings, the luxury full equipment with two (2) stone arches. It is worth to note that the bullets are still obvious on the stone from the old times. Villa 2: This traditional maisonette comprises of a kitchen-living area, a wooden stair leading to the upper floor where a spacious bedroom exists with a fireplace, bathroom and a large veranda. Villa 3: At the ground floor this maisonette has a kitchen with a fireplace, double canopy leathered bed, couch that converts into a double bed at the living area, and a bathroom. The living area has a glass roof and is separated from the kitchen with a stone arch. A wooden internal stair leads to the 1st floor where a double, wooden, sculptured bed is found at the bedroom and a veranda with unobstructed, impressive views. Villa 4: A spacious kitchen, a living-dining area and fireplace are found at the ground floor of the maisonette. Via the internal, wooden stair one reaches the upper level with a bedroom and en-suite bathroom, cloak room, veranda. On the same floor another bedroom and a smaller bathroom exists. Villa 5: This lovely maisonette consists of a kitchen, living area with fireplace, and small bathroom at the ground floor. The wooden stair leads to the 1st floor where one will find a bedroom offering amazing views through the four large windows. Villa 6: The ground floor of the maisonette includes kitchen, living area, fireplace, bathroom, double bed. The 1st floor has spacious double bedroom with large veranda. Villa 7: This wonderful dominant villa comprises of a kitchen, fireplace, living area, bathroom and a double bedroom. Villa 8: This traditional maisonette comprises of a kitchen-living area, a wooden stair leading to the upper floor where a spacious bedroom exists with a fireplace, bathroom and a large veranda. Restaurant: The fresh ingredients come first in this lovely restaurant. At all meals are used local products and vegetables from the garden. Served are traditional Cretan-Greek dishes and homemade desserts. Based on traditional Cretan recipes and great taste will take you into another culinary experience. Enjoy your meal by the fireplace in winter or by the pool with a unique view during the summer. The restaurant is provided with a kitchen with full equipment for 40 guests, while it is fitted with a large fireplace creating a cosy, warm environment. Two (2) restrooms and 1 reception are available. The courtyards and the thousands of flowers bring a refreshing air and a remembrance from old times. The property is benefiting also from having a pool bar, two (2) swimming pools (one adult &amp;amp;amp; one for children) and a nice pergola made from coconut palm tree where the guests enjoy their drink or breakfast during summer. Parking spaces are available and a separate Laundry Area as well.
